Dear Readers: in October 2014, on the 23-27, Slow food will host an important event, namely Salone del Gusto, (hosted once every 2 years) where some of the worlds finest food purveyors will exhibit.

The events are divided into: cooking school, dinners, mixology, bread and kiln, slow wine and taste workshops.

At this fair, there is an opportunity to meet chefs in workshops, taste the finest organic products, from South America, Morocco, North America, Italy, France, Eastern Europe, etc.

This is a fair not to miss if you are food passionate!
