You would probably laugh if you saw a video of onions cooking, but it isn’t that funny. How can a chef get excited about an onion, well they can, and we can as well. This isn’t an onion that you buy in the supermarket, it is an onion grown in the backyard of our dearest friends Adonia and Aris.
We always say “ToThalassaki is worthy of the travel” and it is. A trip to Greece without a trip to Tinos isn’t complete as their taverna cuisine takes on a new dimension. Sometimes simple is best, and this is what I mean, onion inspiration.
