We were offered a white wine to try, a chardonnay from Switzerland and it was very nice. Not overly complex but a good glass to open the palate. Swiss wine making continues to improve and gain popularity and Rolaz Thorens (Yvorne) gets it right but I am sure about the grand Cru status.
