This Champagne is cool and bubbly with a good acidity backed by flowers and fruit. The cuvée L’Accomplie by champagne Savart is a harmonious blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, from three different vintages, half of which is matured in stainless steel vats and half in barrel.
