The pigeon named “Le pigeon voyageur” as it is cooked in a bag placed in an envelope to emulate the homing pigeon that finds it way home from far away places.
Watch the video for the cooking explanation, I thought this technique is interesting and has applications if you weigh the pigeon, and if you can control the microwaves which is difficult. The end result is not always as accurate as you would like and I felt that more control would be beneficial.
