Founded in 2009 by Pascal Späni and Danny Bolt this local Swiss beer is excellent. A dark bottom fermented Pilsner, it is malty, bitter and dense deep dark brown, the almost black color comes from roasted malts vigorously. The addition of noble hops gives the beer a unique taste.
