I am not sure about food pairing fruits and vegetables but in some ways vegetables and fruits complement each other. Recently I tried frozen fruits and thought they made more sense texturally speaking. The idea of frozen fruits adds a dimension to the taste and enhances the taste experience by distracting the taster and taking them away from what would normally be a normal “bite experience”.
