Frankly speaking Tuğra pronounced Tuğra seems to have changed, or at least from our most recent experience. While the service is still on par with most Turkish high-end restaurants, the food was not up to our expectations. In fact, no Turkish cuisine, or Ottoman cuisine should be made to feel chi-chi to the point that you are charged excessively.

The idea of Tuğra’s cuisine is based on old recipes from the Ottoman times and that is fascinating. Unfortunately the meat was like rubber and I couldn’t eat it. The stuffed chicken on the other hand was cooked to perfection and was a success.
