Poulet de Bresse

There are only a few chickens worthy of a fork, a giant bird weighing three kilo and matured for between 14 and 16 weeks, twice as long as a conventional chicken, the poulet de bresse.

These chickens forage in a paddock, and are also hand-fed an entirely natural supplements. Hand plucked them before hanging them, non-eviscerated, and slaughtered on site.
