Ygrec has a special place in my heart, a wine I often enjoy to drink, a kind of odd-ball wine considering it is not long lived. Since its first appearance in 1959 only twenty-three vintages have been produced. This dry white wine made by blending 50% Sauvignon and 50% Semillon.
