The slow food fair started this morning at 11h00 and the line ups were insane. If you ever decide to go to this fair be sure to become a member and avoid the massive line ups. The fair is enormous and hosts a thousands of exhibitors (bring running shoes) including some workshops that are very informative, especially for foodies.
The first impression is a mix between some artisinal producers and other sponsors that are less slow food such as Lavazza yet they play the role. If you have any interest in slow foods, it is a must visit and book well in advance for any seminars, or you’ll suffer trying to get a ticket.
