A quiet sunny Sunday and we are driving to meet Oscar Giaccone in Albaretto della Torre, the vinegar maker that produces Barolo, Barbera, Moscato that are excellent for any kitchen. Cesare has been making the vinegar since the 1970’s and a few years ago his son Oscar took over the production. We had an excellent visit to the cellars and had the opportunity to taste his various vinegar, and all were excellent.
