This is the real deal, at least as far as I know. I thought they were pretty good considering how ugly the pig looks. The Mangalica pig breed was once popularly found across Hungary and in bordering countries. This pig sausage has sufficient paprika and spice, and is a signature of Hungarian farmers producing sausages.
