Swedish Symbiotes @ Bread

During slow food in Torino I checked out several hundred vendors, we walked three days at the fair up and down amongst the crowds in search of something, anything new, an idea, a person or a product. I discovered this eccentric bread maker from Sweden.I was amazed by the baker named Richard Forshufvud, his wisdom and social way of thinking in baking healing breads. I was inspired to bake after tasting his breads, and they are mostly made with grains and are gluten-free – intense to say the least.
