The wonders of truffles are magical, I dream of this day, the pasta was perfect (made with 30 egg yolks believe it or not) and the truffle’s red mark reminds me of one of my favorite Mediterranean fish, Saint Peters.

Caught in Biblical times from the Sea of Galilee, they were called “St. Peter’s fish”. The name “St. Peter’s fish” comes from the story in the Gospel of Matthew about the apostle Peter catching a fish that carried a coin in its mouth, and he left his finger mark forever of the side of the fish when he picked it up.
