The owners undertook a very ambitious project: to talk with every employee at each point of the product line in order to properly calibrate the various phases of the pasta’s production, sharing with each person involved their and our expectations, visions, knowledge, experience, and motives, with the final customer always in mind. In this way every person involved in the production of the pasta transforms from a simple employee into a protagonist of the process, transferring his or her knowledge and skills into each package of pasta.
