Grains Fermenting

I am trying to ferment seeds in preparation for bread, a brown seed bread which I intend to make with a starter that I picked up from a bakery yesterday. These are the seeds prior to soaking and I am waiting to see the progress. I used a simple preparation and by adding a small amount of white sugar and water and let the seeds soak fr a few days.I decided to add some sugar to help the process of converting sugar to acids.
