Some people have a house wine and we have a house rice from Shizuoka. Made in Shujenji this is Katsura river koshihikari’s new rice arvest.
This koshihikari rice is raised by pure water of Katsura river in the upper of Shuzenji onsen region. Because the cultivation area is small, this rice is scarce in the marketplace. If you have time, pass by Shuzenji’s premier onsen and Ryokan Yagyunsho, and enjoy a bowl of white rice in the most perfect setting.
