Where can you find a small truck vendor with such an incredible set-up?…..only in Japan where space is down to the millimeter.

The idea of truck vendor is not quite the same as in America and here street vendors are limited to designated parking spaces. That means there are no corner vendors, or garbage cans, or garbage strewn across the pavements.

I was amazed by the small confined space of this truck and his general ability to function in such a small space. He has a smoker in the truck and hangs pork, smoking glazed pork. Salted and sugared he smokes it to perfection and then makes a pork-shoyu onigiri for take away.
