Oysters @ Japan

A person used to be able to simply order a dozen oysters and no more. I used to enjoy oysters but given farmed oysters make up 99% of the global Oyster market I start to lose interest. Available year round their production is conducted in an environmentally where they are fast growing. Maturing quickly these are Pacific oysters, sweet and the perhaps the world’s most cultivated oyster. I can’t say I like or enjoy oysters that much and its seldom I eat them, or see them in Japan.
