Tuna’s Last Days..

The last sushi of 2014, the restaurants close now that the year winds down and Tsukijii will close. This piece was one of the softest textures I tasted in 2013, it was almost creamy. The oe thing about tuna is that it changes tastes depending on the size of fish, time of year, origin, gender, and cut.
