Tuna |chu-toro|

This is chu-toro and has a marbling of fat and is situated slightly away from the bottom and more towards the upper belly and to the rear. Either way, the chu-toro can have varying degrees of fat content and concentration of fat. The fat veins are tighter in chutoro but it very much depends on where the chutoro is taken. On the lower section the meat has more marbling veins.
