I have eaten sushi thousands of times, no exaggeration and I never get tired of it. We are not speaking about kaiten sushi, or frozen fish that’s served in the US, given the regulations are strict and impose all fresh imported fish is frozen. I am speaking about fish direct from the sea, that has been handled in the most particular manner. If you live by the sea and are used to fresh seafood, you’ll know what I mean.
