I never get bored with eating domestic tuna in Japan but I sometimes feel ashamed by the over fishing in and around of globe of blue fin tuna. Each time it has a variation of taste, it can be more sweet or fatty. All this depends very much on the migration patterns of the blue fin and the water climate.
