The smell of fresh yuzu acts like “endogenous morphine” enhancing those biochemicals making you get an immediate sensory brain rush that lasts for seconds or more. I imagine yuzu as the perfect citrus but not the type that is sold outside of Japan in a bottle. These two fruits are varying in size and aromas are awesome! /it’s the skin that people are after not the juice necessarily which is bitter/

Note: some people confuse the navel of yuzu with dekopon as both citrus fruits the navel protrudes.
