Duck burgers in mini size /hmnnn/ – I am not sure I understand these kinds of foods, or if I like them. It could be a mental block but the word burgers I associate with fast food even when they are dressed up.
The burger map started with Daniel Boulud who used freeze foie gras and wrap sirloin and short ribs around it. Americans’ adored it and praised this novelty and after 10 years people still chase it down in Manhattan.
