Rebula |Slovenian Grapes|

Rebula is a white Italian grape grown most prominently in the friuli-venezia giulia. It has a long history, and was first mentioned in 1336 in the texts of višnjevik in Brda (pronounced bird-ah) in Slovenia.

The ribolla gialla is gaining more and more popularity and today producers such as Kristian Keber, are producing rebula in slovenia, a wine that is being more and more appreciated by younger generations, and respected for its tradition.
