This was served by Diego Planeta given my interest in bio dynamic wines.The wine was elegant, had aged fruit, secco, yet a sweetness creeps through with a honey finish. This was a great opportunity to taste this wine and the color was an extraordinary yellow. The color is in part due to the varieties 70% Grecanico, 15% Grillo, 15% Sauvignon Blanc.
