100% Carricante from the eastern slopes of Mount Etna, 800m above sea level. The vines are pre-phylloxera and are between 100-120 years old. The grapes are harvested by hand in early October before being soft-pressed and aged in stainless steel. Straw yellow flowers and a nice complexity.
