A fast visit to see the most talented Greek chef, Adonia at the helm of her restaurant in Tinos with her husband Aris. The restaurant is insanely busy but it runs smoothly, and clients (new and old) are anxious for tables.
ToThalassaki is busy in August and tables are scarce without reservations. But this doesn’t stop the inflow of wishful thinkers and rightfully so. As my wife says, “Adonia is so gifted and her cuisine is marvelous”, and she’s so right.
