This is a small market in Siam Reap where a Muslim women handles her own butcher shop. In Cambodia beef is handled by Muslims, while pork is handled by the local Buddhists. This women amazed me because she is one of the few who handles her work with a sense of organization and cleanliness that is second to none. Don’t be surprised to see that women doing most of the work.
