This year we visited Sicily and made a special trip to Molini del Ponte. The mill located in the city center of Castelvetrano a discrete place. The drive wasn’t very special and when we arrived to the mill caught off guard by the nature of the location. But the hospitality is fabulous and the flour the same-incredible!
