Walking in the market in Rosedale Brick Works I stumbled upon an interesting young man. Jenna Empey and Alex Currie after years of playing in bands decided on settling in Ontario and combining their unique skill sets to form Pyramid Ferments. Both Jenna and Alex are deeply committed to innovation and experimentation. They ferment, something I adore and respect as a way of life – chapeau! I like the gut shot in pink, that’s super cool – now that’s fermented.
