The manuka honey from Sonnentor comes from the bee colonies in a nature reserve in New Zealand. It has superb caramel glow to it that I haven’t seen in Manuka before. It smells intensely resinous with a sweet caramel shade. Manuka Honey is made of the Nectar of Südseemyrte – called by the Maori also Manuka which is native to the mountainous regions of New Zealand.
