Beat this baker at the market today. A young Japanese girl compiled a selection of Christmas breads for the season from various bakers, and serves them herself on over sized wooden plates. Some were stollen a traditional German bread usually eaten during the Christmas season while others recipes of bakers and shops. One is from Tochigi Prefecture and named Kanel bread after I guess cinnamon, or bread from Atelier Sante, Sawamura breads located in Minami-azabu Tokyo, or Bonnet Dane in Sangenjaya Tokyo, Koub located in Yamagata Narusawa, Olive crown in Tokyo, or Boulangerie deRien in Hiroshima.
