I really cannot see the hype behind Blue Bottle except that the location on their second floor is a great city space. The atmosphere seemed dull, lacking energy, nothing you would expect from a flagship store in Tokyo. This is personal opinion but the counters are too low, the workers hair was dangling over the drip coffee, and the coffee (single origin) from Central America was burned. I was very disappointed.
