I posted more about oysters this week and I’ve eaten more oysters this week than I have in 15 years. I don’t like them unless they are wild caught given 90% or more of the world production is farmed. These oysters were giant and the weird thing about eating oysters is you eat the entire mollusks – heart, anus, mouth and stomach.
