I am inspired by chef-truckers working diligently producing hundreds meals daily. This chef driver pulls pork ensembles each Saturday and Sunday. This isn’t fun being in the hot smoke and or twisting backwards and forwards all day long serving clients. The end result is interesting and the smoky glazing keeps his clients loyal and faithful.
