Japanese Caviar

Japanese caviar is actually very fresh and this batch is lightly salted and no preservatives added as you find in exported Caspian caviar, nor is it washed with borax, a typical practice with Persian caviar. The taste isn’t as deep, the eggs are small and the texture is correct. I guess if you wish to work with domestic eggs this is an excellent choice.
