These are Italian truffles and the taste is good, but no way to compare them to the French Perigord truffles of last week. Mind you the price isn’t the same and French are almost double the price. These are more mushroomy and less elegant in taste but still do the job. Now the risotto was perfect, no cream and only parmesan cheese, it was a good balance and a great dish!
