Kobashira Sashimi

This time the kobashira is eaten with nori and wasabi, and you use some shoyu to attach the nori. The trick is to use a small amount of shoyu, then the nori flakes easily attach to the fish, and use a very small amount of wasabi. Do not take the wasabi and mix it into the shoyu ever! This is the habit of people who do not have a basic level of understanding in Japanese etiquette.
