If in Swiss, do as the Swiss do, so and eat some Swiss cheese. The best place for cheese is no doubt Caduff’s wine loft, and no doubt you’ll find there an excellent variety of cheeses, wines and Beat Caduff’s artisanal hand in the kitchen. The warmth of the staff, the quality of raw material and Beat’s sense of humour, oh well its excellent.
