Rather than using rice paper as the wrapper in Thailand, they actually use wide rice noodles making it more of a noodle roll than a spring roll and served alongside a bowl of green sweet chili sauce.

So where do these vegetable rolls become introduced? It is a Vietnamese dish traditionally wrapped in Vietnamese bánh tráng commonly known as rice paper, and served throughout Asia using variations of ingriedents. These are not typical in Thailand yet becoming more common than you think.
