Jelly Fish @ Island Tang |Rhopilema hispidium|

I start to think that Chinese service is all about speed, and lacks a certain finesse. In Hong Kong people cannot help themselves, the food flies by the table,and the quality in general is very good.

So after a quick lunch, I can say that the Chinese jelly fish was one of the favourite  appetizers, a crispy and chewy texture of jellyfish might not be your thing, but it is considered highly nutritious.
