The chicken is Jidori and the owner (a friend) claims the chicken is non fatty due to their diet of oysters shells. Either way you can claim that this is one of those experiences you’ll never forget.
The chicken nabe requires some vegetables and in our case we added nira grass which is cooked very quickly to retain the crunch.
Then add the remaining ingredients to top off the experience including some homemade dumplings.
The experience was awesome!
