Gyūdon is a beef bowl with rice and is a loved Japanese dish consisting of beef simmered in a mildly sweet sauce (sukiyaki) flavored with dashi, soy sauce and mirin, or sugar. It also often includes shirataki noodles which follow, and its very tasty and easy to make.
