Zero Super Food

Many people eat zero fat dairy products and I am not convinced that any product dissected of its principal properties is worthy of much. Here is my wife’s way of taking something that has little nutritional value and turning it into a super food!

Step #4. Take Spirulina Manna 100% organic

The zero turns into a wonderful little snack and don’t forget you should add some fresh cracked black pepper to add another dimension of taste.
