Kuromame Natto Bobby

Whenever I make natto, I think about my friend bobby who adores natto as much as anyone I know. Kuro (black) natto is very different to the usual natto brownish you’ll find in supermarkets. It is larger and more tasty, less tangy and delicious. You can see the some of ingredients I use to make it a maxed out super food including some paprika.
