Walking in the local market my eyes fill up with tomatoes, a fruit unlike any other fruit. I am searching tomatoes that have a good balance between meat-flesh and sweetness. I talk with a local farmer who produced mostly tomatoes and he offers me a good selection, which is as good as I’ve seen lately. I can’t wait so I cut them, a dash of salt and they are perfect.
