Cheese Curds @ Gorno Altai

The morning comes and goes quickly in the mountains as the weather is subject to change on a wink. The breakfast is a key meal and was often elaborate including whatever your heart desires. I am not a breakfast person however, I did have a chance to try as many Siberian dishes. This is a small curd made from cow’s milk and it is often mixed with jams or eaten as is. The taste is neutral and the fat content seems nondescript in comparison with most other similar cheeses.
